ALCHIMISTE ACCOUNT


As a ALCHIMISTE: account holder, you agree that you will be personally responsible for the use of your account and for all of your communication and activity on and pursuant to this Website. If we determine that you are or have been engaged in prohibited activities, were not respectful of other users, or otherwise violated our Terms, we may deny you access to this website on a temporary or permanent basis.
 

PRICING POLICY

Prices displayed on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD $).
ALCHIMISTE processes all payments through PayPal and Shopify.
The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will lie with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

Purchasing products on the Website is only available to individuals who meet our terms of eligibility. 
All customers must be over 18 years of age. 
All customers must have been issued with either a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to PayPal/Shopify or a valid PayPal account. 
The individual’s application to open an account must be acceptable to ALCHIMISTE. 
All purchasers must agree to authorise Shopify or PayPal (on behalf of Alchimiste) to process the charge or charges on his/her credit card or PayPal account in the amount of the total purchase price for the garments which they purchase. 
 
By making an offer to purchase a merchandise, you expressly authorise Shopify or PayPal (on behalf of Alchimiste) to perform credit checks to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
 
Furthermore, you agree that Shopify and/or PayPal (on behalf of Alchimiste) may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

ORDER APPROVAL

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. 
Please note that items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
 After you place your order, you will be sent an e-mail to confirm that your credit card or PayPal account has been charged.
 Your card/PayPal account is debited at the same time you submitted your order on our Website. If your order has not been approved, you will be notified immediately via our Website or by PayPal.
 In the rare instance that your order is approved but any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you immediately by e-mail to arrange for a full refund or a product exchange, if preferred. 
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Alchimiste will be completed when we e-mail you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.
 We reserve the right to not accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria.

PROMOTION CODES


Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. 
Any refunds provided in relation to goods purchased using promotional codes will be equivalent to the discounted purchase price and not the normal retail price.
Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
Only one promotional code per customer can be used.

In the instance of exchanges if a customer requests an exchange for an item at a higher retail value, the difference between the two items at full retail price will be payable for the exchange. Store credit will be issued based on the discounted price paid. 
 

CANCELLATION BY US


At Alchimiste, we will do our best to ensure your order is fulfilled. However, we reserve the right to cancel the order if we do not have sufficient stock.
In the event of cancellation, we will contact you by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your order. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will re-credit your account immediately. Réalisation will re-credit your account for the value of the goods and shipping only.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to change this.
 

CANCELLATION BY YOU

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing time. If you contact us and the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order. However, if the order has not been shipped, Alchimiste will happily cancel the order and refund you. 
 

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY

Alchimiste insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Alchimiste and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Alchimiste cannot be held responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Alchimiste is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. 
All our orders are shipped and mainly uses DHL and Australia Post for all deliveries to major cities.
 

CUSTOMS TAXES AND DUTIES

All our products are shipped as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). 
Alchimiste is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will lie with the customer.
